“TRIO” Group of companies renders support to regions of Lipetsk oblast where the company’s enterprises are located. Successful work of support program to settlements, within the program 3% of payroll is granted in addition to the taxes.
“3% of payroll”. Assistance to sustainable development of the territories.
The unique support program to settlements in Lipetsk region – 3% of payroll to the municipalities’ needs. Thus, the municipalities have possibility to attract additional funds by means of regional and federal programs under terms of co-financing.
“We remember the past”. Support program to GPW veterans.
The program includes:
- Presents to the veterans and widows on the occasion of the Victory day (9th of May);
- Repairs of obelisks and memorial places of military glory;
- Assistance in organization and execution of the Victory Day.
Additional charity events were held on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in GPW:
- Financing of festive events in the regions and settlements;
- Financial assistance increase for repairs of the monuments;
- Placement of holiday banners in the regions and settlements.
“We live in the present”. Support to sport and culture.
Annual assistance is rendered to:
- Community centres – 16 000 Roubles
- Sports team – 90 000 Roubles + possibility to pay for coach services.
“TRIO” Company is an initiator of establishment of the sports-patriotic club “CRYSTAL-ELETS”.
“CRYSTAL-ELETS” is:
- 115 children from 7 till 18 years old;
- 5 candidate masters of sports;
- 14 first-rank sportsmen;
- 5 members of the Russian national boxing team;
Annually financed:
- maintenance of training base;
- work of coaching staff;
- carrying out of all-Russian tournaments.
“We think about future”. Support to schools and kindergartens.
Annually granted:
- to schools – 30 000 Roubles;
- to kindergartens – 15 000 Roubles;
- we give New Year presents to all children younger 14 years old;
“We prepare reserves”. School excursions to the production units.
“TRIO” Company organizes regularly excursions for schoolchildren to its dairy units and plant growing enterprises.
The program is focused on solution of several tasks:
- Spiritual and moral development of the pupils;
- Specialized development of our children’s personality;
- Attraction of children to healthy habits.

- monasteries and temples;
- orphan asylums and boarding schools;
